How do I find a product?
A

There are multiple ways to find a product. You may search by REMC Item number, product name or keyword or vendor name. You may navigate to the product through the category headings, then subcategories on the left of the screen.

How do I find specification sheets for awarded products?
A

Navigate to the Product page by clicking on the Product Name from the Product Listing. Once on the Product Page, click "Download the Product Specification Sheet".

What if I find it cheaper?
A

Please log in and navigate to the product where you can "Report a cheaper price" to notify the REMC SAVE team.

What can I purchase through REMC SAVE?
A

Contracts include everything from paper and pencils to computers and networking products to software and digital resources and ALL awarded vendors' catalog discount items. REMC SAVE adds products regularly.

What if I'm looking for a product that is not specifically listed?
A

There are many awarded catalog discounts that you may find the product in.  Search the catalog discounts for the website linked in the vendor information.  Please contact the vendor directly.

What are Product Buying Guides?
A

Product Buying Guides have been created for certain product categories to assist in comparing products. All Guides are located in the help center.

Who do I contact for product questions?
A

Please contact the awarded vendor. Contact information is listed for each vendor by scrolling down the home screen and click 'view all vendors'!

How are the vendors and products selected?
A

Products and Vendors are awarded products through a competitive bid process. REMC SAVE staff analyzes all bids and makes recommendations to the REMC SAVE Advisory Committee for award. Once the REMC SAVE Advisory Committee votes on the awards, they are then voted on by the REMC Association Board of Directors for final approval.

What if the REMC SAVE vendors do not have the products I am looking for?

If the item you wish to purchase is not available through awarded products or catalog discount, please log in and fill out a Product Recommendation Form. REMC SAVE utilizes these requests for future bids.

What is a Product Star Rating?
A

Customers login and give products a star rating based on how they like the product. This is meant to help customers with their product selection.

How do I rate a product?
A

After logging in, navigate to the product you wish to rate. Click on "Rate this item". Choose the number of stars you wish with 5 being the highest rating.

I ordered something three months ago and have not received it, what should I do?
A

Please start by contacting the vendor. If you do not receive satisfaction from the vendor, please reach out to your REMC Bid contact for assistance.
